My acting sessions are designed not just for aspiring professionals, but for anyone who wants to express themselves more fully and explore the essence of who they are.
Through acting, we gain insight into your inner world—your thoughts, patterns, and the parts of yourself that may be waiting to be seen. These sessions are about discovering who you are, and who you could become.
Together, we embrace qualities within you that may have been hidden or under-expressed. Whether you’re seeking greater confidence, presence, freedom, or self-trust, this is a space to explore and embody the person you want to become.
Having trained at drama school and worked professionally as an actress, I bring both experience and passion to every session. Acting has been a lifelong love—from childhood workshops across London to studying the works of Stanislavski, Meisner, Adler, and Chekhov. I’ve explored many techniques, only to realise that acting isn’t about a single method—it’s about being human, embracing all the messiness and richness of life.
Children’s Acting Classes

Meet The Teacher
About me
I’m a professional actress with training from drama school and experience on stage and screen. My journey in acting has given me a deep appreciation for human complexity, storytelling, and the power of self-expression. I’m passionate about helping others explore who they are and who they could become through acting.
Beyond the stage, I’m curious about life—I love psychology, astrology, and literature, especially classic novels with rich, complicated characters. Stories inspire me, challenge me, and often shape my perspective on life.
I’m also a mother to a one-year-old daughter, which has added a whole new depth and insight to both my life and my work.
